UNIT I

CONTENT DEVELOPMENT

Our team creates, develops and produces a myriad of content. From original stories, adapted properties and IP, we nurture the creative ecosystem from start to finish.

UNIT II

INDIE FILM FINANCE

We align strategic financing for independent feature films projects. Our team has a track record in securing private equity, senior debt and gap financing. Recent co-financing initiatives include aligning private equity for LaRoy, Texas, a feature film dark comedy starring John Magaro and Steve Zahn. LaRoy, Texas premiered at the 2023 Tribeca Film Festival and is set for theatrical + digital distribution in 2024 under Brainstorm Media. Our team has aligned equity financing for Pierre The Pigeon-Hawk, an animated feature film musical starring will.i.am, Jennifer Coolidge, Jennifer Hudson, Whoopi Goldberg, Snoop Dogg and Howie Mandel. PTPH is in production under Exodus Film Group and animation studio, Toonz Media Group. Our team is currently working with filmmakers to secure financing for Flash Before The Bang, an inspirational sports drama based on a true story.
UNIT III

LITERARY REPRESENTATION

We provide traditional literary representation to a selective roster of authors. Most prominently, we represent Mitchell Writing authors Brian Mitchell, Evan Mitchell and their fiction thriller manuscript, All the Colors of Light – a psychological thriller, (93,500 words).
UNIT IV

BRAND PARTNERSHIPS

In collaboration with our brand partnership team we negotiate and produces branded content. Our team has secured over $2 million in revenue for creators procured through strategic partnerships that include Mattel, WWE, Android, Amazon Prime Video, Google Play, Electronic Arts, FIFA 22, Live Nation, Candy Crush Saga, Paramount Pictures, Hasbro, Nerf, BetterHelp, Honey, Young LA, Gamers8, 39er Time, World Youth Forum Egypt and more.

Indie distributor Brainstorm Media has locked down North American rights to LaRoy, a darkly comedic thriller starring John Magaro (First Cow), Steve Zahn (The White Lotus) and Dylan Baker (Happiness) that world premiered at the 2023 Tribeca Festival and nabbed three awards at the Deauville American Film Festival, including the Grand Prix, Audience Award, and Critics Award.

The John D. Eraklis-directed animated feature Pierre The Pigeon-Hawk is adding more A-listers to its already star-studded voice cast.
